It may happen that the goods are not fit, like it or your dog is not comfortable.

We can certainly return ...
You are at your order is no longer bound when you within a period of 4 weeks after receipt of the goods. Please send us or the affected articles in an unused condition, preferably in the original packaging. Heavy goods or negligently treated recognizable used goods, dog food, custom-like Dogs cushions are excluded.

If you want to return an item, proceed as for a return, and please include the broadcast a brief note on what you want to have exchanged. We then charge your return with your replacement. The postal charges (shipping costs) for the delivery of the replacement, however, we will have to calculate.

Please be returning sufficiently frank (normal service). Please send the goods are not dependent on us back to unnecessarily high postage costs.

For returns with a return of goods worth over 40 - Euro, we will refund your postage expenses, together with the returns credit.

The revocation has no justification and can be in writing (e-mail is sufficient), or by returning the goods. Send the goods in no freight back period is sufficient for the timely transmission:
